Men's Size Guide
Find your perfect fit with our men's size guide. We carry multiple brands, so these charts use the most common waist, chest, weight and height measurements across our underwear and tops to help you shop briefs, trunks, tank tops, shirts and more with confidence.
All measurements show metric first (cm / kg), then imperial (in / lb) below. Sizing may vary slightly by style and brand.

Fit Tips by Style
Underwear
Briefs ā Sit at the natural waist with a close, supportive fit. Follow the waist chart directly.
Boxer Briefs ā Offer mid-thigh coverage with light compression. Choose your true waist size.
Trunks ā Shorter legs than boxer briefs but the same waist fit. Use your regular waist size.
Thongs & G-Strings ā Minimal coverage. If you are between sizes, size down for a secure pouch.
Boxer Shorts ā Looser, more relaxed fit. If you are between sizes, size up for extra comfort.
Tops
Tank Tops ā Usually fitted around the chest and shoulders. Choose the size that matches your chest measurement.
Shirts ā Standard fit follows the chest chart. If you prefer a relaxed fit or layer underneath, size up.
Male Bodysuits ā Close-fitting one-piece. If your chest and waist measurements fall in different sizes, choose the size that fits your chest and check the waist stretch.

What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
For a snug, supportive fit, choose the smaller size. For a looser, relaxed feel, choose the larger size. When your measurements are inconsistent, always choose the larger size.
Do underwear and top sizes use the same size letter?
Yes, both use S, M, L, XL, XXL, but the measurement columns are different: underwear is based on waist, while tops are based on chest. Always check the correct chart for the garment you are buying.

Are these sizes the same for every brand on UndiesForMen?
Most brands we carry follow this waist and chest grading. Minor differences may exist between fabrics or cuts, so always check the style notes on the product page.
